Fool me once, shame on you... Fool me twice, shame on me!

Let me start off by going back to the past. Everyone remember VCE (Virtual Commerce Exchange) and VCX (the renamed exchange after JP Strauss and I decided to buy VCE out)? Well, when VCE was started by Van Ames, I put in 100K to do some trading…. Poof, that money is gone. Not only that, JP Strauss and I wanted to buy out the exchange (before it was gone). So we put in 500K to buy the system from Sal Ackland, only to find out that we bought a bucket of horse poo… Poof, that money is gone too. So what can we do but write that off as a loss from bad decisions, and from there, I’ve learned to be more careful with my money. And I thought at that point, the saga ends. Well, the saga continues… the new player, AVIX (Allenvest International Exchange) ran by Investor Allen.

Now this is all speculations and I cannot say without a doubt that the two are linked, but there’s too much of a coincidence for me to ignore. But I’ll let you decide things for yourself, because I have already made my decisions.

So let’s do this (this is for the non-techie people)….

1) Press Start on your Windows

2) Select Run

3) Type in: cmd

4) This should open up the DOS menu… type in: tracert allenvestfinancial.com

5) Let it run for about 5 seconds and then hold down ctrl and press C

6) Read the line that starts with ‘Tracing route to allenvestfinancial.com [68.178.254.201]’

7) Now let’s take a pause and remember this: VCE was hosted on www.virtualcommercecenter.com. Their homepage is gone, but you can still see them by going to http://www.virtualcommercecenter.com/index.aspx. So let’s check them out

8) Now type in: tracert virtualcommercecenter.com

9) Let it run for about 5 seconds and then hold down ctrl and press C

10) Read the line that starts with ‘Tracing route to virtualcommercecenter.com [68.178.254.92]’

Notice anything weird? It seems like the two stock exchanges are hosted by the same company, or server farm. Now isn’t that a coincidence? Of all the servers out there, the stock exchange that disappeared is hosted by the same server farm as the new one that came out of no where. Did you know that we started development of our system over a month ago, and we’re barely at testing? But here you have it. An avatar born on 4/8/2007 comes out of no where and puts up a stock exchange.

Want some even more interesting information?

Go to http://www.networksolutions.com/whois/index.jsp and do a whois lookup on virtualcommercecenter.com. Do you know what it’ll pull up?

Registrant:

Kyle Van Leuven

12036 Parkin Lane

Fenton, Michigan 48430

United States

Now, go here http://wselive.com/research/prospectus/17 and look at the prospectus for TSF (Sal Ackland’s company). Do you see this:

CEO's Real Life Location: Michigan, US

Coincidence? That’s up to you to judge.

Now, you can accuse me of digging into all of this for personal interest because we are trying to start up our exchange and want to ruin the competition. But if you know me, you know I don’t play dirty. If you’re a fair business and operate with ethics, more power to you and may your business prosper. But to go and steal money from people who trust you (including me) and come back and try to front another clean business (that donates to charity?), that infuriates me. The sad part is, he can just close shop and run with people’s money again, and like with VCE, there’s nothing we can do. Or can we, Kyle Van Leuven of Fenton, Michigan? Me, I’ve already written off my 600K and have stayed away from AVIX from day one and will not pursue this any further. As for others, I hope that this will get you started on the right track in getting back your money somehow, or at least not lose more of it.

Some people just need to realize that honesty and integrity can take you a lot further than greed. Plus, you can always get a good night’s rest…. Or at least I can……zzzZZZZZ

I also forgot to say that this was not all done by me. There are others that helped, but they would like to remain quiet. Plus, there are more 'coincidental information', but I promised it was off the records.... for now.

Just an update: www.jtfinancials.com is hosted on Godaddy (which is what AVIX is hosted on). Our IP is 208.109.78.100

Fenton... that's an hour drive away from me and I'm in Lansing.

About those addresses, without doing a tracert is 192.168.1.x the end of the route? From the looks of it, it's a local IP address within a private network. Anyone behind a router would have one like that reguardless of the actual IP address assigned by an ISP.

Is it at all possible to report the losses you had to LL and maybe see about having them watch it carefully? I'm sure they would be interested in stopping fraud within SL. Just a thought.

No 192.168.1.x is not the end of the route. Its not a private network, and its not being a residential firewall.

I cut and paste the wrong IP - the corrected one is up there... but it's best everyone does their own test.

This is one thing about the WSE. There is no oversight. No background check of anytype. Yeah, Yeah...people can say it's "just a game" well buddy, the Money I put in ain't game money and the money I take out ain't game money.

I hope you get your money back or this guys gets his "due".
As for LL helping out..hell, they can't even stop kiddie-porn...

The "next" deal you get into, Hire a tiger-team. Due a full background check. Either F2F meeting or at least phone conferencing with wiretapping. I am a customer and can say, this is one of the reasons I bank with JT. It's run like a really company and with the posting like this, grant it not good news, at least we, the customer, know what is going on.

I am sure you have done it already, but if you exchanged emails. Check the headers...

So both systems are in the same box most likely....

If not same box, thee in the same rack.

This data is false. AVIX has an official response, please view and weigh your thoughts against the evidence presented. I encourage everyone to run the same tests.

PS, Have them watch us all you want. I'm doing the best I can in all reasonable power to make sure our CEOs, including ALLEN ARE REAL. Check my data on DGD against a 411.COM and www.nasd.com. If you want, call me sometime, but try to spread it out over months and only one call per person and at a time. I'm going through a lot of changes in my life right now and the stress will not help my medical state.

Woops, that last one was me too. Gah, it's to late at night.

No nothing is fake check it yourself, being on the same box at go daddy is enourmious..

As far as your post with the Scottsdale address that just shows how internet savvy you really are.

It means he wised up and paid 29.95 to get his data hidden....

Who knows if he's sal... I suppose only he really knows... If it is...it will come out eventually..

In as so far to the accusations that Chao was the one to come up with this. No thats not correct.

Chao issued a warning to his investors. THAT IS IT.. Any questions where told to wait....

Chao said...

You want the truth Maelstrom...

I was alerted of these facts and did the checks myself. I then alerted my shareholders. When people contacted me earlier in the day asking why. I refused to answer. I then issued a second announcement explaining it.

The truth is, I don't care who Allen is, what I care about is people getting ripped off in fraud. People that trusted in me... People who are friends.

I felt that the matching subnet which on a system as LARGE as godaddy is very very high odds against happening. Was the final straw.

Domains By Proxy sells a service that for XX.XX of dollars a year you can have your name masked as them. Hence why it goes to Scotsdale Az

I did what I felt I had to do, to me this part of the data is too overwhelming, as arb says there is other information, not sure what that even is. But seriously at this point im convinced.

As far as your phone number search oh come on. Don't you know you can get a number with any area code.

I did what i felt was right. End of story... Your accusations against me hold no weight and are just mudslinging.

This is no one who has posted thus far. What I find funny is that Arb and JT post negative comments about all the other exchanges all the time. Just look at the history. It was just last month when Arb was posting all kinds of negative comments and accusations about WSE and Luke. It is obvious to me that Arb posts this stuff to try and steal market share.

Lastly, how is the freaking world can Arb go around calling other people a scam when he himself refuses to tell people who he is in real life and refuses to disclose how he invests the money? JT is just another Ponzi Scheme. Jesus people are blind.

Anonymous said...

Yea, I pretty much agree with the above comment. Seems CRAZY to me that sooo many people in SL open these "finance firms" and refuse to disclose who they are in real life. It is painfully obvious that they are ashamed of who they are in real life or they are running a scam. By disclosing who you are you would GREATLY reduce the risk ratio and many more people would invest. You could lower rates and make more money. But for all we know Arb Wise is a 12 year old kid living in his mom's basement, LOL.

And the best? When people who refuse to disclose who they are in real life go out and try and dig up who other people are in SL who refuse to disclose who they are in real life, ROFLMAO!

Stop being such a bunch of PUSSIES!

Based on the data in Arbitrage's argument, he could be Sal Ackland too.. take a look at the new data I've gathered for everyone. It's added at the end after the ps.. on the post.

http://www.allenvestfinancial.com/home/story/DGD/55

If anyone has questions, then please notify me in game, I'll be glad to explain anything. I'm an open book.. literally. If you're going to do slander against folks, at least talk to them first, show some grace.

BTW, about that rl stuff. I'm fully disclosed and you can find my info on the www.nasd.com. I work for a real bank in rl.. Citicorp.

Sorry if you did not accuse Chao, many have said you did, and they also say you are somewhat related to arbitrage through certain business functions. I allow for that possibility in my news post.

This is an interesting bait and switch. Not once do you connect AVIX to either Sal Ackland or Van Ames (the same person, located in Michigan, as has been known for months now). Investor Allen is in Syracuse NY. That his domain is registered at Godaddy.com, like millions of others, is no coincidence.

As former manager of 1-800-serve-em.com, and a trained professional skiptracer and investigator, I have investigated all three persons, and can state for the record that Investor Allen is not Sal Ackland or Van Ames.

Investor Allen did post his contact information and RL information on the AVIX website, but started receiving threats and spam calls, likely from Chau Mu and company.

BTW: Chau Mu's claimed RL name doesn't exist anywhere in the state of Texas, where he claims to live.... perhaps Chau Mu is Sal Ackland?

My god Intlibber your a complete idiot.

If you claim your trained..you need to go back to school.

For one my resume is publicly avaliable...Just google my name + austin...

Now even better..
Check my warrents... I have 2 traffic warrents...

Now even better than that..
Check Marrage Liscenses...

Oh yea...when your done..
Google Just my first and last name and austin and 4th down is from when i was working at electronic arts...

God your an idiot...

I personally think these online securities and stock exchanges, the SL ones, are just asking for trouble. Could someone please explain to me what prevents someone from listing their company, say on these new WSE site, and running off with their investor's money?

Domiziano Ferraris said...

Quite a difficult problem to solve.
My company 3F-Forex,Funds & Financial Services (FFS)is waiting for the IPO approval or not Luke only know it;)
I have no problem with personal data disclosure and my RL company's Identity number (Gave to me from Spanish Government not from fake authority).
But would it be enough?
SL needs some rule to protect avatars and their money, and LL are not really making a lot. And more. I'm prepared to accept the external audit from an indipendent professional to demonstrate we will not a Ponzi scheme.
But would it be enough?
I guess my idea to give avatars a safe and secure financial company is not really easy to achieve.
And not only because I can be a liar too. The problem is that if someone have any interest to spread the word that im not honest how can I stop it. Would people believe me? Would I have any "legal instrument" to stop it?
Guess not.
I think that make an ethic, and obviously non profit, Banking association including as much financial and banking companies as possible and try to obtain the direct support of LL could give some answers in the short/middle term.
Would CEOs and owners of this companies agree with it?
Or at least make another proposal?
Time will say...

It would appear that Mr. Van Leuven has been at it again. He is not as innocent as he would like to have you believe. Do a pipl search to see what he has been up to. Business owners have been tracking him to get refunds for a Bridal Show that never happened. Maybe you will be able to help put this person behind bars where he belongs.
